Individual sessions support people in finding freedom from anything from minor concerns to their most stressful moments. A session can help with fear, anxiety, guilt, anger, trauma, grief, money worries, work, family & relationship issues, decision making, conflict resolution, parenting, body image, confusion, people pleasing, perfectionism and honest communication.
In private sessions, you will:
- Be fully supported to identify your stressful thoughts & understand what’s troubling you
- Be guided through the self-inquiry process of The Work of Byron Katie
- Learn to find peace & address situations with clarity
- Develop mindfulness techniques & acquire a toolkit
5 + sessions includes a tailored wellness plan to apply to your everyday life. Kristina works with clients all over the world, in person and Skype.
About Kristina Cavit
Kristina coaches and delivers Leadership, Stress Reduction, Mindfulness & Wellness programs to individuals, workplaces and schools. Kristina has trained with world leading organisations, including Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Center for Mindfulness and The Holistic Life Foundation, supported by Harvard & John Hopkins Medical School. Kristina was staff at Byron Katie's intensive School For The Work which supports over 200 participants and is now a candidate in the Byron Katie facilitators program. She is also a certified 200 hour yoga teacher and her background is in leadership, education and social enterprise. She was nominated for Young New Zealander of the Year 2014 and received a local hero award for her work.
