Individual sessions support people in finding freedom from anything from minor concerns to their most stressful moments. A session can help with fear, anxiety, guilt, anger, trauma, grief, money worries, work, family & relationship issues, decision making, conflict resolution, parenting, body image, confusion, people pleasing, perfectionism and honest communication.
In a private session, you will:
Be fully supported by an experienced facilitator to identify your stressful thoughts & understand what’s troubling you. Be guided through the self-inquiry process of The Work. Learn to find peace & address situations with clarity. Develop mindfulness techniques & acquire a toolkit to use in any situation.
Your first session with Kristina will be 1.5 hours and will start you on the path to manage stress better. Kristina works with clients all over the world in person, over the phone and Skype. Private sessions take place in Parnell, over the phone or Skype.

Our classes incorporate Yoga & Mindfulness to improve physical health and cultivate a less distracted, more productive mind.
