Is it for me?
If you are keen to improve your wellbeing with some easy to use tools to start a simple mindfulness and wellness practice, then this programme is for you. 

I’m too busy to focus on myself…
We get it, we know what it is like to juggle work and friends, family and study, wine and kombucha, television and meditation – the list goes on. The busier you are, the less time you spend on doing things you love and looking after yourself. And there is the rub. At some point, life starts to feel a bit too hard. Our passion is to bring you a sense of calm and ease, some joy and some time out of your busy life to focus just on you.

What do I need to do?
Just show up. Everyone is welcome - no experience necessary.

What can I expect?
Stories, conversation, mindfulness and fun. You will also come away with stress reduction tools to apply to even the busiest of days and discover how to support self-care in the midst of chaos.

Introductory price for our friends, whanau and clients:

Proceeds benefit our work with marginalised youth & community clients in need 

About your facilitators

Emma Kelly
Emma Kelly is a coach and writer, specialising in wellness and business coaching. Emma’s point of difference is her ability to understand commercial and personal realities and to support her clients to find pragmatic solutions to deliver sustainable change. Emma is passionate about providing the space for people to gain greater insights and clarity on their strengths and to discard self-limiting beliefs in order to grow. Emma has had a successful career as an HR Leader in some of New Zealand’s largest and most iconic companies and is well versed in dealing with the multiple demands we all face in and out of work. Emma runs her own business, Intuitive Health which supports people to grow and thrive through individual coaching, wellness workshops and programmes, speaking about wellness and providing craniosacral therapy. The people she has worked with report being happier, less stressed and better able to set and achieve goals with renewed energy and the self belief to ensure ongoing success.

Kristina Cavit
Kristina is a Coach and Educator, specialising in Mindfulness, Stress Reduction & The Work of Byron Katie. Her passion lies in supporting clients to find peace, clarity, focus & motivation to become the best versions of themselves.
Kristina spent 8 years in Latin America & NZ working with marginalised communities dealing with stress & trauma. She founded award winning organisation, NPH New Zealand to support abandoned children & was nominated for Young New Zealander of the Year 2014 for her work. Kristina runs her own social enterprise, The Kindness Institute, which cultivates Mindfulness & Yoga for individuals, workplaces & marginalised youth in South Auckland & abroad. Kristina is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, has trained with world leading organisations including Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, The Holistic Life Foundation, supported by Harvard & John Hopkins Medical School and The School for The Work of Byron Katie. The people she has worked with report having improved relationships, happiness, stress levels and motivation.
