In this fun 9 week course, we explore mindfulness meditation & yoga in a hands-on way through group & partner activities, art & crafts, play, breathing & yoga asana.
Children will learn tools to develop calm, compassion, confidence focus and gratitude.
All year levels are welcome & no previous experience is necessary. Please wear comfy clothes for yoga.
This course takes places at Grey Lynn Primary school - you will be notified of which room. We take a very small number of students so please book in asap to secure your space.
