Mindfulness is the ability to notice what is happening in the present moment, with kindness, curiosity and without judgement. Mindfulness meditation helps us to be present, rather than worrying about the past and future (research shows we are happiest when we are present).
Learning about Mindfulness means learning to respond to situations with clarity, and to lessen our negative emotional reactions. The practice can bring clarity, compassion and focus. Our programs work for one-on-one teaching and groups to develop present moment awareness in a kind and non-judgmental way.
