Mindfulness & Meditation cultivate a less distracted, more productive mind. Learning about Mindfulness means learning to respond to situations with clarity, and lessen our negative emotional reactions, in order to grow and to thrive. The practice brings clarity, peace & focus to even the busiest of days. Our programs work for one-on-one teaching and groups to develop present moment awareness in a kind and non-judgmental way.

Our workplace Mindfulness programs help fund our charity work with marginalised youth. We come to your office and deliver fun, engaging, practical Mindfulness talks and programs for your team (no dull Power Points here!). For more information on those, click here.
