Kristina is skilled at ‘holding space’ for a broad range of people. Her passion for The Work and desire to share this with people is the real deal. I can’t think of a single person who wouldn’t benefit from participating in a Kindness Institute program or working with Kristina. If you would like to have a little more freedom in your life and thoughts, I would highly recommend having a session.
