These Mauri Tau classes were a beautiful way for our team to connect, destress and learn tools to cope with the day-to-day challenges of any workplace

- Sophie Musgrove, Managing Director, Studio Butter

Overview

Mauri Tau is our way of extending our mindfulness and wellbeing tools to more communities. It helps build knowledge, skills and behaviours that strengthen whānau and community wellbeing while also deepening understanding of tikanga māori and mātauranga māori. It's the same kaupapa māori and tikanga-driven resilience and mental health programme based on the Te Whare Tapa Whā health framework, that we teach within our Atawhai course, just packaged in a succinct and easily digestable format for one off workshops or series.

We tailor these sessions for all audiences, from Primary Schools through to Corporate settings.
