AROHA MAI AROHA ATU

Love and compassion received, love and compassion given

We dream of a world where every young person has the skills they need to manage stress and transform their own lives.

New Zealand has the highest teen suicide rate in the developed world and nearly 80% of Kiwis will suffer from a mental health condition throughout our lives. The Kindness Institute works to change that with stress management, mindfulness & yoga based programs for marginalised young people. We work with rangatahi in schools, those who’ve been kicked out of school and with criminal and sometimes anti-social behaviors. 100% of our participants report a reduction in stress, more calmness & a positive impact on stress, anxiety & depression.

AROHA MAI AROHA ATU T-SHIRTS

This Maori proverb means “Love and compassion received, love and compassion given”. All proceeds from this tee go to our work bringing yoga & mindfulness to marginalised youth.

Available in size 2, 4, or 6

Please Note: All tees are kids sizing.
Model is wearing a size 2 and is 3 yrs old.
