Kaiwhakahaere Matua / General Manager

The Kindness Institute is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Kaiwhakahaere Matua | General Manager to lead our operations, strengthen our financial foundation, and create and maintain an environment based on aroha.

The primary focus of the role is running TKI's business operations, seeking and securing funding, developing and maintaining relationships with potential partners including funders and community groups (e.g. kura kaupapa, iwi organisations etc). The secondary focus involves overseeing TKI’s rangatahi mental health programmes and supporting our tīma to achieve meaningful outcomes.
